Hey Friends!

 

My name is Ansu and I will be running to be an equity coordinator.   

 

Equity and social justice has been something I have been passionate about ever since I took a few sociology courses through out my undergrad.  I came to the realization that there are many populations in our society that do not have access to certain resources they need. Since then, it has been in my goal to work in a field in which I could advocate for these people.

 

My goal as an equity coordinator is to work alongside Claudia and help underserved students in our program reach their objectives and potentials by helping navigate access to the resources they need.  I also hope to organize events that could educate our student body, and serve as a means for outreach and advocacy.
