Hey guys!

My name is Farah, and I am running for the social event coordinator position at the NUS this year. Before joining the nursing program at UofT, I completed a health science degree at Carleton University. In my free time, I love to work out, spend time outdoors, cook, and socialize. As a first-year nursing student, I would love to form new connections with you all and create and a welcoming space where we can relax and enjoy each other's company. 

I understand that the school year can be a stressful time for all of us and I want to ensure that I can plan and run fun, stress-relieving activities like yoga, sport games, dances/galas, movie/game nights, socials, and many more to promote mental/physical wellness. If elected, I would love to hear all your ideas on what activities you would want to join/participate in! Thank you!
